it's finally here - in store on friday!!! hands up who's after one of these! xxx

moochi on high street is giving you the chance to style a look from their new collection 'the sloanes'. the store will be set with lights, our model 'dylan' from the sloanes collection, with hair & makeup by D&M hair design and MAC makeup and our fav photographer rob hart.

you are invited to store to select an outfit, dress the model and direct some fashion poses to communicate your look. the best look for the day will win an amazing gift package and you look will be featured in moochi emails, facebook and on our new website. who knows you may even be good enough to get asked back to do a real shoot with us!!

to enter, simply send the below information to brand@moochi.co.nz, our design team will select the 16 finalists.

we had some outstanding customer feedback today for the lovely amber in undercover - so good that we thought we would share with you!!! we LOVE a happy customer!

i would like to advise you of the outstanding service I received this morning at your milford store. 

i was warmly greeted by the lovely amber who was extremely helpful.

i explained to her that I was after the patch cardi that I saw online. unfortunately it wasn't in store. however, amber apologised and offered to give me a call once they arrived. ?although I walked into the store with the intention of only purchasing the patch cardi, i left with two items? that i'm absolutely happy with.

amber went the extra mile and made me feel very comfortable. she offered alternatives, advised me of the delicate nature?of the fabrics, and offered ways to care for my purchases. never have i experienced service at this level. i feel that more and more retailers are not providing the customer service experience they should, or used to, yet it is so important. personally, the service i receive will often determine whether i spend my money in that store or take my money elsewhere. 

thank you amber and thank you moochi for exceeding my expectations. a job well done!
