design room co-ordinator // auckland

we are looking for that technical, organisational super star that can keep our fast-paced design room running smoothly. while not a creative role, you will need to have great taste and an understanding of the moochi brand, as you will be required to make decisions on trims and have an opinion on fabrications and details.

you will need to be able to work fast and accurately to create our specs, and work with style-creating processes in our system, catching changes as they happen. you will be responsible for tidying up the design tools that our design team use daily, and preparing information, for all styles, that will be used throughout the business. this includes organising garments for photoshoots and communicating with technical, production and marketing departments on a daily basis.

if you are a operational genius, a keen organiser, able to think on your feet and have an eye for detail, then this is for you!

the ideal candidate will have a tertiary fashion qualification and/or approximately 3 years experience in a merchandise assistant role or similar in womenswear. unfortunately as an intermediate role, this is not suitable for recent graduates.

flagship store manager // auckland

we are looking for an amazing flagship store manager to work alongside our moochi retail team in auckland on a 42.5 hour per week contract. we need someone who is hardworking, proactive, has impeccable initiative, is a great team player, can think for themselves, bring positivity to all aspects of the job and, of course, is a well presented, true fashionista!

you will need the following skills, experience & attitude: 

- retail management superstar, experience with team leadership  
- an understanding of what great service is about and have your own tool box of ways to generate sales skills 
- effective and positive communication skills 
- visual merchandising skills and the desire to have the store looking amazing at all times 
- wonderful personal presentation, which sets and maintains the standards for the team to follow 
- experience with stock administration and accuracy  
- excellent fashion styling skills and product knowledge  
- a love of moochi that is infectious!
