here's how you can shop with us!

all stores | our stores are open

  • all moochi stores are open. for local moochi opening hours please see here
  • contactless collection is available. phone us on 0800 moochi for personal shopping and styling and ask us how to arrange a safe contactless collection
  • qr codes are available in all moochi stores
  • our stores are cleaned frequently and all surfaces, door handles, fitting rooms will be cleaned and sanitised regularly

conditions of entry | auckland | level 2 

  • for your safe shopping experience, we have implemented the following guidelines for the safety of our team and customerss
  • sanitise your hands before and after entering our stores
  • sign in using our QR code, or use our in store contact tracing tool for your safe shopping experience
  • maintain a safe distance of 2m between staff and customers at all times
  • face coverings/masks are not mandatory but welcomed
  • if you are feeling unwell we ask that you please shop online with us

maintain good hygiene practices within our instore and online processes. ensuring the health and safety of our customers and staff has always been our top priority

auckland | level 2: our stores are now open. shop safely under our level 2 social distancing and contact tracing measures

  • a limited number of customers are allowed in store at any given time
  • our staff are wearing masks, in addition to thoroughly washing their hands and sanitising regularly
  • all surfaces in store are cleaned and sanitised
  • all surfaces, door handles and fitting rooms will be cleaned and sanitised after each use
  • all customers are required to sanitise their hands upon entering our stores
  • all customers are required to sign in using our qr code and the covid safe app
  • all customers and staff are to maintain social distancing
  • masks are not mandatory but are welcomed

  • a limited number of customers are allowed in store at any given time
  • our staff are thoroughly washing their hands and sanitising regularly
  • all surfaces in store are cleaned and sanitised
  • all surfaces, door handles and fitting rooms will be cleaned and sanitised after each use
  • all customers are required to sanitise their hands upon entering our stores
  • all customers are required to sign in using our qr code and the covid safe app
  • all customers and staff are to maintain social distancing

online | still shipping: our stores remain open. shop safely under our level 2 social distancing and contact tracing measures 

  • we have minimised our onsite teams to ensure small, tight bubbles in store processing orders at any given time
  • all surfaces in store are cleaned and sanitised hourly and staff wear ppe at all times
  • couriers will continue to operate safely at level 2. please note all moochi parcels default to require a signature however, for safe handling
  • couriers will knock on the door as usual and step backwards to a safe distance, they will wait for you to come to the door, they will then ask for the your name and leave the parcel on the doorstep

faq's  

how long will it take to receive my online order?

our teams are processing orders in the same day they are placed. however we have been advised that auckland orders may experience delays due to harbour bridge business disruptions.
tip: once your order has been processed by our team and collected by the courier you are able to track and liaise with the courier directly for the most efficient turnaround.  please email us after contacting nz post via online@moochi.co.nz and reference your order number

how are couriers safely operating at level 2?

couriers will continue to operate safely at level 2. please note all moochi parcels default to require a signature however, for safe handling: couriers will knock on the door as usual and step backwards to a safe distance, they will wait for you to come to the door, they will then ask for the your name and leave the parcel on the doorstep, you will not sign for the delivery directly
