what is your returns policy and process on sale item?

we're sorry, online warehouse sale purchases are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. under the consumer guarantees act, we do accept returns on faulty products (excluding samples and seconds). to learn more about what we deem is faulty visit our faq and click the drop down ‘’faulty product’’

can i use my moochi money, giftcards or credits toward my online warehouse sale purchases?

we’re sorry, moochi money, giftcards and credits cannot be redeemed or accumulated on any online warehouse sale purchases. should your cart include any product/s outside of our workroom sale edit, you will accumulate points for these products only, sale items does not accumulate moochi money points

when will i receive my order?

all sale orders will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped. we will update you via email once your order has been processed, and again with your tracking number when it's on its way to you. if you haven't received any emails within 10 working days please contact online@moochi.co.nz with your order number

i’ve entered the wrong address, how can i change it?

as the sale has been processed, we unfortunately can’t change the address on our end. however, once you receive the tracking information, you can update the address directly through NZPost

can i use afterpay on sale items / i’m having troubles using afterpay

yes, Afterpay is available as a payment method, even on our online warehouse sale items.

if you're having trouble using Afterpay at checkout, first check if you're signed in with the automatic payment app ShopPay. if you're logged into ShopPay, afterpay will not be available and is an expected behaviour. please clear your browser cache and try again, or complete your purchase in incognito mode

Here's how to clear your cache in different browsers:

·      Chrome:

1.    Open Chrome

2.    Click the three dots in the top right corner

3.    Select More Tools

4.    Select Clear browsing data

5.    Choose a time range or select All time

6.    Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files

7.   Click Clear data

·      Safari for iOS:

1.    Open the Settings app

2.    Scroll down to the Safari menu

3.    Select Clear History and Website Data

4.    Select Clear History and Data in the pop-up

·      Internet Explorer, Edge, or Mozilla Firefox:

1.    Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete simultaneously on the keyboard
